How it works, hour by hour
Five steps from first question to funds, with honest timings for each.

Hour 0 — a 60-second enquiry
Amount, purpose, deadline, how long you've traded and whether there's property. No credit check when you first enquire.

Hours 1–3 — a real person calls
A specialist checks the figures and tells you honestly whether your deadline is realistic, and which path fits: unsecured or property-secured.

Hours 3–8 — documents and checks
You send exactly what's asked for — usually statements, ID, company details, a myIR summary and, for secured loans, title details.
- 4
Hours 8–16 — decision
An indicative decision, then a written conditional approval listing anything still needed. The full cost is explained before you commit.

Hours 16–24 (or 48) — funds released
Conditions cleared, documents signed (with your lawyer for secured loans) and funds paid — to you or straight to whoever you owe.
Timings are possible, not guaranteed. Same-day funding is possible for smaller unsecured amounts, and property-secured loans of $20k to $250k are possible same day, with up to $5m possible within 24 to 48 hours. Common questions
Does enquiring affect my credit score?
No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. We only discuss a credit check once you've decided to go ahead.
Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?
No. One team reviews your situation and a real person calls you. We don't spray your details around.
